update of test :thinkfree,zoho,and docs. header 3 standard

again caps & punct irrelevant. i dont know if the real reason gdocs gets the awards is because of this ,but of all the online wps this is the only 1 that semi-works, except of course for the minor point that for reasons unbeknownst to me i cannot move the m.o file into the b.o folder .
