Trump tried to steal old woman's home via Kelo-type eminent domain #tlot #tcot #teaparty

RRD:Trump is a Hunsacker(fn1).One the most despicable Supreme Court cases in recent history was the Court's Kelo case(fn2).It went beyond "inventing" law.It openly contradicted the intent of the Founder's regarding the eminent domain clause.It was expanded by Sotomayor in her infamous Didden decision(fn3).
So much for Obama's commitment to the powerless(fn4)But then, given he has a slumlord for a advisor & friend(fn5),why should we be suprised?
But I digress.
Trump is not our "deliverer".We need men(& women),of principle.Not a opportunist.
