RRD: Whether true or not --Llaneza has not been convicted-- this is not a hoax. According to the FBI Matthew Aaron Llaneza sought to provoke a second American civil war by blowing up a bank & framing ”right-wing militias” for it. Llaneza allegedly believed that this would lead to government crackdown on conservatives which would provoke a counter-reaction which would ultimately lead to a civil war.
